Currently, most building contractors especially in big cities and Metro Manila area are charging Php 20,000 to 25,000 per square meter.
The house has a floor area of 190 sqm. Its interior consists of four bedrooms, living room, kitchen, three bathrooms, lanai and garage.
They used tinted sliding windows. and a stair case glass window to provide better lighting on its interior.
