In its Facebook advisory, the airline said two pieces of luggage will be allowed for check-in for passengers who purchased a standard 20 kg baggage allowance, 3 pieces for 32 kg allowance and 4 pieces for 40 kg allowance.

Standard (20 kilograms) – up to 2 pieces of baggage
Large (32 kilograms) – up to 3 pieces of baggage
Extra Large (40 kilograms) – up to 4 pieces of baggage

Cebu Pacific continued, “In line with continued efforts to streamline operations and provide a more efficient check-in experience at the airport, Cebu Pacific will also be strictly monitoring the number of pieces of checked-in baggage, based on the weight allowance purchased.”

In the airline’s website, passengers have a choice to purchase the following baggage allowance

20 kilos for P380.80
32 kilos for P784.00
40 kilos for P1,232.00

Passengers can purchase this baggage allowance from booking up to four hours before their flight. For passengers with infants, strollers can still be checked in for free as well as wheelchairs.

Passengers are still entitled to bring one carry-on baggage inside the plane with a maximum weight of 7 kilograms, and one small bag that can fit under the seat.

Passengers are encouraged to purchase baggage allowance at the time of their booking since baggage allowance purchased at the airport is expensive.
