Good News to Filipinos who are searching for a job opportunity in Europe! Poland, a country in Central Europe is now hiring foreign workers including Filipinos. This is according to the Philippine Association of Service Exporters, Inc. (PASEI). In GMA news report, the country is in need of workers for manufacturing, fish and meat processing, information technology and heavy-duty truck driving!
According to PASEI President Elsa Villa, there is more good news about jobs offered in Poland. She said many of these jobs do not even require experience because training will be provided by the employers. Villa said that Poland is in need of many highly skilled workers for manufacturing companies.
Workers who have worked straight five years with one employer will be entitled to apply for residency and even bring their families in the said country. She added that in Poland, education and hospitalization are free.
Aside from Poland, there are other countries in Europe that are opening its door to skilled and unskilled Filipinos. These countries include Croatia and the Czech Republic.
