A lot of us want to lose weight, or have slimmer waist. But of course achieving that isn’t as easy as it is to say it. That’s why many offer “miracle slimming techniques” or “fool-proof work out routines” but sadly, not all of them actually work.
Well, good news for those who want to lose weight there are natural ways to do it. Dr. Willie Ong recommends these steps. Here are his 4 tips:
1. Mind your diet. As much as possible, lay off on foods rich in carbohydrates, like sweets and starchy foods. This includes rice, white bread, pasta, and potatoes.
2. Protein is your friend! If you notice, most gym trainers recommend protein shakes while working out. Eat foods rich in protein, such as beef, chicken, pork, egg, beans, and fish.
3. Consume fiber-rich food on a daily basis.These include eating vegetables such as spinach, kale, broccoli, and cabbage.
4. Don’t be afraid to sweat it out! A daily exercise routine can greatly improve your shape when done consistently. Allot a few minutes of your time every day and stick to a workout routine.
But of course be reminded that you also need to be consistent in doing these so you should have self-discipline. If you keep at it for a few weeks, for sure you’ll shed some weight off plus you’re health will improve as well.
