If you want to get healthier, drink a glass of lemon water every morning. Squeeze the juice from the lemons, mix it with water, then drink it. It is believed that this method can boost a person’s metabolism and gives enough needed dose of Vitamin C.

– 6 lemons

A facebook page named “Demic” shared a video stating that lemons that boiled at night and drank in the morning is much healthier. According to the video you need the things that was mentioned above for the mixture.
Instead of juicing, the video suggests that using the lemon peel since it also contains nutrients.
The video shows the steps of the procedure. First, slice the lemon in half and throw them in a pot of boiling water. Leave it for 10-15 minutes, afterwards, the lemons and the pulp should be strained from the liquid. Place the liquid in the cup and add a spoonful of honey for taste.
It says that this method can boost body’s immune system, prevent common colds, hasten metabolism, cleanse the body of contaminants, refresh breath and hydrates the lymph system.
